Apartment Fire Udate Birmingham- The American Red Cross is encouraging families affected by the fire at
Montevallo Apartments 339 3rd Ave. SW, to make appointments and come to our Service Center located at 2250 9th Avenue North (Downtown Birmingham). Due to extreme temperatures we would like clients to be in a cool environment where we can provide assistance and snacks or lunch if needed. Anyone with transportation issues can call 458 8282 and we will send a case worker back to the apartment fire scene for on site help.  ¶ 10:55 AM
